The Tradition cuvée recalls that the Gamay of the Côte Roannaise has traditionally been a "vin de soif" — a light, lively and easy-drinking wine — which draws its red berry aromas from the granite terroir that suits it so well.

Tender and spicy at once, its palate rests on fine, polished tannins.

Slightly chilled (16–17°), this wine should be drunk young but can also wait a year or two.
